A lot of gyms probably say that, but we’ve been independent and family owned since 1984. So we’re not kidding.

Fitness is much, much more than how you look - it’s how you feel. And this gym’s got feels. Touching the lives of tens of thousands over four decades, there is a history to this place, a soul. But more than anything, it has a heartbeat - and that’s our community. Some have been here a week, some have been here 38 years, but we’re all on the same page - we love our gym. It makes us feel good, physically and mentally.

Our recently renovated space has all the equipment you need but still has the space to feel comfortable and free to move.
