STRENGTH CLASSES

BUILD

It’s all in the name. Join our Build class with the focus on building muscle, increasing endurance and enhancing your overall strength. Each session will emphasise different fundamental movements using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. 

These sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. We teach and track proper form and technique to maximise results and minimise injury risk. We’ll be there every step of the way to help you develop holistic strength and mobility through various movements, allowing you to lift effectively and stay engaged - because there’s always room to improve and progress.

Sessions are split throughout the week to balance movement patterns and muscle groups. On different days, we’ll target Squat & Pull, Hinge & Press and of course, Full Body. This is the perfect class to amplify your fitness journey and build a holisticly stronger you.

Cardio/HIIT CLASSeS

SWEAT

Elevate your heart rate and boost your endurance in Sweat. Our high energy program is designed to deliver max results in a short amount of time. Throughout the week we combine bursts of anaerobic sprint work, aerobic endurance and a cheeky hybrid session that pulls it all together. 

Show up, feed off the buzz in the room and finish the session physically worked but mentally energised. Whether you’re looking to increase your speed, stamina or simply just here to have a good time training in a team, we’ve got you covered.

Boxing CLASSES

BOX

Get fit AND strong with our high energy BOX class! You’ll sharpen your technique with pad work, bag work, footwork and core strength exercises. 

Our supportive and inclusive Visions boxing community welcomes all levels with just two requirements - you’re here to work hard and have a good time doing it. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class is for you! 

Together we will box, motivate and push each other to achieve our best. Join us to build skill, confidence and lasting friendships.

LEARN to box

BOX 101

This technique-focussed class is open to all members wanting to learn boxing fundamentals in a relaxed environment. Develop your stance, footwork, head movement, punching and pad holding skills. 

This thirty minute quick-fire class will give you all the tools needed to take-on the next Box class at Visions!
