BUILD
It’s all in the name. Join our Build class with the focus on building muscle, increasing endurance and enhancing your overall strength. Each session will emphasise different fundamental movements using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises.
These sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. We teach and track proper form and technique to maximise results and minimise injury risk. We’ll be there every step of the way to help you develop holistic strength and mobility through various movements, allowing you to lift effectively and stay engaged - because there’s always room to improve and progress.
Sessions are split throughout the week to balance movement patterns and muscle groups. On different days, we’ll target Squat & Pull, Hinge & Press and of course, Full Body. This is the perfect class to amplify your fitness journey and build a holisticly stronger you.
